I wont be on social media for the next few days and I just wanted to tell all of my lovely viewers, subscribers and friends Merry Christmas! I am so grateful for each and every one of you! No matter if I have 1 viewer or 1000, I am going to appreciate you all so much! I've started many different blogs in my life and I can honestly say I have never been so motivated and prepared as I am with this one! Last Minute Holiday Gift Guide

10 essentials you didn't know you needed

Hello Lovelies! 

After sqouring threw my closet for hours and realizing I practically have nothing that coordinates with each other, I knew I had to start shopping. I've compiled a list of 10 essentials you didn't know you needed. Yes, These really are a need. At least in my wardrobe they are!

1. KNEE SOCKS!

{Forever21}

You might be thinking, WTF? Knee Socks? Why? Well let me tell you why. Winter. I can't tell you how many outfits I've wanted to wear {skirts in particular} that I couldn't because I would get too cold and plain old leggings just wouldn't look right. This is where the knee socks come in handy! They only leave about an inch or two from the hem to the top of your skirt. It gives a sweet sexy look without the touch of pneumonia ;)

2. BOOTIES.

Yet another winter essential. Booties can be paired with just about anothing. Jeans, Jeggings, skirts, anything you can think of, they go with it. Except for leggings. LEGGINGS ARE NOT PANTS PEOPLE!

3. BUTTON UPS IN WHITE AND BLACK!

I think this isn't just a winter essential, I feel like it's a 24/7, 365 essential type of deal. I could wear one just about everyday! They are always so comfy and go with anything. If you look back at my instagram, most of my #ootd are with white or black button ups! I prefer the tight fitting ones because it accentuates my figure nicely.

4. PLAID SHOES!

Yes. These are a must in my book. I have a pair of plaid sneaker type ones that I wear almost everyday. They are just a fun piece and as you can tell by my blog title, also my favorite pattern.

5. JEGGINGS. IN EVERY COLOR.

I can't even begin to explain my love for jeggings. Not just denim ones, but the colored ones too. They are such a versatile piece that you can wear with anything!

6. SCARVES

This seems like you would think this is pretty obvious but, to some, its not. Scarves are a ABSOLUTE must. You'll need lots of them. Scarves come in lots of different cuts and colors and shapes so you'll need a large variety. 

7. PEACOAT.

I have a white form fitting peacoat and I absolutely love it. It's become my winter staple. Look for peacoats that are fitted in the waist to show off your curves. It's a great addition to your wardrobe and keeps you warm during the winter months.

8. WOOL SOCKS.

These are so underated in this industry. They might not be the cutest thing in the world but oh my goodness, They come in handy when your feet are freezing. 

9. FLEECE LINED LEGGINGS!

Fleece lined leggings have become more and more popular this season. I couldn't find them AT ALL last season but now I see them popping up everywhere! They are a great staple to keep you warm but they also are so super cute and chic.

10. DOC MARTENS

{doc martens}

Doc Martens are the most versatile shoe you will ever own. I personally think they go with everything and you can make a look more rugged by just throwing on a pair of Docs.
